Role & responsibilities

Manage the complete order lifecycle for OEM clients and key accounts, from order confirmation to final dispatch.

Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure timely execution of customer orders.

Arrange and procure raw materials required for OEM and production orders.

Coordinate the purchase of finished goods from approved vendors whenever required.

Liaise with production, purchase, stores, quality, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability to avoid production delays.

Track order status, resolve operational issues, and ensure on-time deliveries

Prepare and maintain production, dispatch, purchase, and inventory records.

Follow up with suppliers and internal departments to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should ideally be from Commerce Background and Have valuable accuracy in calculation, should have atleast basic knowledge of tally/busy and be comfortable in handling daily operations of the organization
