Job Title:* Billing Engineer (Civil) Location: Mumbai Experience: 4-5 Years Qualification: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering ### Job Summary We are looking for a Billing Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in residential construction projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of quantity measurement, client and subcontractor billing, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. ### Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.
- Measure quantities as per drawings and site progress.
- Prepare RA bills, final bills, and billing reports.
- Maintain billing records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with the site, planning, and accounts teams for billing and payment processing.
- Track work progress against BOQ and work orders.




- Assist in preparing quantity variations and extra item statements.
- Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up on approvals. ###

Requirements
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4-5 years of experience in billing for residential construction projects.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, and construction drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and report preparation).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. ### Preferred

Skills
- Experience with ERP or billing software.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Robust analytical and documentation skills.
