Position: Billing Manager

Experience: 12-15 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation and verification of client and contractor bills.

- Measurement and certification of executed work as per drawings and BOQ.

- Quantity estimation, rate analysis, and reconciliation of materials.

- Coordination with site, planning, and project teams for billing activities.

- Preparation of invoices, variation claims, and supporting documents.

- Tracking billing status, payments, and maintaining billing records.

- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and project specifications.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, and project billing.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.

- Good understanding of contracts, measurements, and construction practices.

- Solid analytical and documentation skills.
