We are looking for a Billing & Dispatch Executive who can manage invoicing, E-way bill generation, and logistics coordination efficiently. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally and interstate billing along with coordination with transporters for timely dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices in Tally accurately.
- Generate E-way bills for interstate shipments.
- Handle billing for multiple states as per GST rules.
- Coordinate with transporters for dispatch planning and vehicle arrangement.
- Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and E-way bills.
- Maintain records of dispatches and logistics movement.
- Ensure timely dispatch of material as per company schedule.
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse team for smooth order processing
- Work dedicatedly & sincerely
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in billing and dispatch.
- Tally and E-way bill knowledge is mandatory.
- Experience in logistics coordination and interstate billing.
- Basic understanding of GST documentation.
- Own bike required for local work.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
