Key Responsibilities

Position: Billing Manager

Experience: 12-15 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and verification of client and contractor bills.

Measurement and certification of executed work as per drawings and BOQ.

Quantity estimation, rate analysis, and reconciliation of materials.

Coordination with site, planning, and project teams for billing activities.

Preparation of invoices, variation claims, and supporting documents.

Tracking billing status, payments, and maintaining billing records.

Ensuring compliance with contract terms and project specifications.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, and project billing.

Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.

Positive understanding of contracts, measurements, and construction practices.

Strong analytical and documentation skills.
