Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and field-capable Billing and MIS Executive who will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of project billing and reporting processes. The role requires a blend of on- site verification, billing validation, MIS reporting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and accurate contractor billing aligned with actual site progress. This role is critical in supporting decision-making through reliable data and ensuring financial control over contractor execution and payments.

Key Responsibilities





- Weekly Project Site Visits - Progress Monitoring & Non-Compliance Reporting - Contractor Billing Management - Certification Check & Coordination with PMC - NT Item Variation management - Final Bill Submission & Account Summary - Prepare or review project schedules - Managing or maintaining delay registers, risk assessments and mitigation plans

Education & Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar. - 5-7 years of experience in site billing, quantity verification, and MIS reporting. - Robust understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, rate analysis, and contract clauses. - Worked in infrastructure, construction, or real estate firms. - Exposure to working with PMC-led (Project Management Consultant) environments. - Knowledge of NT item handling and contract management practices.

Key Skills and Competencies

- Strong analytical and observational skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Deadline-oriented with excellent time management. - Strong documentation habits and accountability. - Field-ready and comfortable with travel and site work. - Construction Management Software: AutoCAD, MSP, MS Office Primavera P6. - MIS Tools: Power BI, Google Sheets (preferred), MS Excel.
