NJob Overview:

NWe are seeking a meticulous and field-capable Billing and MIS Executive who will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of project billing and reporting processes. The role requires a blend of on- site verification, billing validation, MIS reporting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and accurate contractor billing aligned with actual site progress. This role is critical in supporting decision-making through reliable data and ensuring financial control over contractor execution and payments.

nEducation & Experience:

N

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
N
- 5-7 years of experiencein site billing, quantity verification, and MIS reporting.
N
- Robust understanding ofconstruction drawings, BOQs, rate analysis, and contract clauses.
N
- Worked in infrastructure, construction, or real estate firms.
N
- Exposure to working with PMC-led (Project Management Consultant) environments.
N
- Knowledge of NT item handling and contract management practices.
