We are engaging bilingual mental health experts to contribute to a client project focused on enhancing AI systems with nuanced psychological expertise. In this role, you'll apply your domain knowledge to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience with AI is required, your clinical and psychological expertise is what matters.

Scope of Work

1 Analyze and evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, relevance, and ethical standards.

2 Develop and review data sets involving psychological case studies, assessments, and conversations for AI system training.

3 Craft detailed written feedback and verbal insights to refine AI responses in contexts such as clinical scenarios, research vignettes, and therapeutic dialogues.

4 Identify potential biases or inaccuracies within AI-generated outputs and propose evidence-based improvements.

5 Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate psychological concepts and frameworks into AI model training processes.

6 Ensure adherence to cultural, linguistic,



and clinical best practices for diverse user scenarios.

7 Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing resources that guide ongoing AI development.

Preferred Qualifications

1 Completed Ph.D in Psychology or MD with completed psychiatry residency.

2 Native proficiency in at least one of: French, Malay, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Urdu, Swahili, Bulgarian, Tagalog, Polish, Marathi, Lithuanian, Georgian, Bengali, Vietnamese, or Indonesian, plus advanced English communication skills.

3 Demonstrated ability to communicate complex psychological concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.

4 Experience in clinical practice, research, or higher education in psychology or psychiatry.

5 Robust analytical and evaluative skills to assess psychological data and narrative content.

6 Awareness of cultural sensitivity and ethical considerations in global mental health contexts.

7 Previous experience collaborating on interdisciplinary or technology-driven projects is a plus.
