Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Government Tender & GeM Specialist with 3+ years of proven, hands-on experience in managing Government tenders from opportunity assessment through final submission. The candidate must have practical experience with GeM, CPPP/eProcure, and State Government e Procurement portals, preferably the West Bengal Government e-Tender/e-Procurement portal. This position requires independent ownership of the complete tendering process, including tender analysis, Bid/No-Bid evaluation, technical and commercial bid preparation, compliance management, DSC-based submission, and post-submission follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify, monitor and evaluate Government tender opportunities across relevant portals.

 Analyse RFP, RFQ, EOI and NIT documents, including eligibility, technical, commercial and contractual requirements.





 Conduct Bid/No-Bid analysis and provide recommendations to Management.

 Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids independently.

 Prepare BOQ, Tender Compliance Matrix, declarations, annexures and supporting documentation.

 Manage GeM Bids, Custom Bids, Service Bids, BOQ-based tenders and Reverse Auctions.

 Handle EMD, BG, PBG and other tender-related financial requirements.

 Complete DSC-based online tender submission and ensure timely final submission.

 Track pre-bid queries, corrigenda, clarifications, amendments and submission deadlines.  Monitor technical evaluation, commercial evaluation and post-submission clarifications.

 Maintain accurate tender records, submission documentation and management reports.

 Ensure strict compliance with tender requirements and minimise risks of technical disqualification or rejection.
