Role Description This full-time BI Analyst role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining data models and interactive dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and Excel to support decision-making across the organization. The person in this role will gather and translate business requirements into analytical solutions, develop and optimize data pipelines, and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing in-depth data analysis, generating reports and visualizations, monitoring key performance indicators, and presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders in transparent, actionable formats.

The role is hybrid, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region,



with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills for data exploration, problem-solving, and generating actionable business insights.
- Experience with data modeling and dashboard development, including designing scalable data structures and interactive visualizations.
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, other BI solutions) for reporting and analytics.
- Business analysis skills to gather requirements, understand processes, and translate needs into data-driven solutions.
- Advanced SQL skills for querying, joining, and transforming data from multiple sources; strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, data quality mindset, and familiarity with basic data governance and documentation practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in AI-driven or automation-focused environments, or interest in AI and workflow automation, is an advantage.
