Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage direct channel sales activities to achieve business targets.

- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients to increase policy renewals and upsell/cross-sell potential.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in direct channel sales or related field (insurance industry preferred).

- Strong understanding of life insurance products and services offered by Bharti AXA General Insurance Company Limited.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
