- Lead the design team for battery electric vehicle (BEV) projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for BEV systems, including battery management systems and charging infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and standards for BEV components and subsystems.
- Provide guidance on design optimization techniques to improve performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Job Requirements :
- 5-9 years of experience in automotive industry with expertise in battery electric vehicles (BEVs).
- Solid understanding of Catia software for designing complex mechanical components.
- Experience working on Battery Energy Storage System (BES) development projects is essential.
