Role Description The Bench Sales Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for marketing bench consultants, identifying suitable client requirements, and submitting qualified profiles to hiring managers and vendors. Daily activities include building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, negotiating rates and terms, following up on submissions, and coordinating interviews and onboarding.

Recruiter will track recruitment activities, update internal systems,



and collaborate closely with the sales and delivery teams to meet placement targets and support overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Recruitment and Bench Sales skills, including experience marketing consultants to direct clients and vendors.
- Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills, from sourcing and screening to negotiation and placement.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including relationship building, client coordination, and pipeline tracking.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client interaction.
- Candidates should ideally have knowledge of the US IT staffing market, work authorization types (e.g., H1B, GC, CPT, OPT), and common IT technologies.
- Candidates should have strong negotiation, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented approach.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline and prior experience in bench sales or IT staffing is preferred.
