We are looking for a passionate, well-groomed and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join the Joyology team at Shoppers Stop, Acropolis Mall. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in beauty and skincare, excellent communication skills and the ability to create a personalized shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with a warm and professional approach.
- Understand customers’ beauty, skincare and personal care requirements.
- Recommend suitable Joyology products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits and usage effectively.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and store-level targets.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on beauty trends.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain attractive product displays, merchandising standards and counter hygiene.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate for replenishment when required.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Support promotional activities, campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Maintain daily sales reports and other required documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as a Beauty Advisor / Beauty Consultant / Beauty Associate will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare or Retail may apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and confident personality.
- Good grooming and presentation skills.
- Passion for beauty, skincare and cosmetics.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a retail workplace.
