Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and developing strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners in the lithium-ion battery industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and qualify current leads through calls, emails, online platforms, and market visits.

- Identify potential dealers, distributors, retailers, OEMs, and institutional customers.
- Promote and sell the company’s Lithium-ion Battery Packs and Energy Storage Solutions.
- Identify current business opportunities across EV, Solar, ESS, UPS, Telecom and other battery applications.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Sales/Technical team for suitable battery solutions.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals,



and basic business reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, delivery, and customer support.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Ability to develop new customer, dealer, distributor, and OEM relationships.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
- Knowledge or experience in the Lithium-ion Battery, EV, Energy Storage, Solar, Electrical, or related industry will be an added advantage.

Education

Graduate in any discipline. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
