Job Responsibilities /n 1.Collect information on wind power projects and developers. /n 2.Regularly analyze market trends and policy changes, and submit trend reports. /n 3.Collect information on domestic competitors and Chinese competitors' market movements and pricing information. /n 4.Maintain and update the stakeholder database and communication logs. /n 5.Manage and supervise the initiation and follow-up of technical and commercial workflows, ensuring effective collaboration across functional teams. /n 6.Lead the wind project bidding process, coordinating the team to prepare necessary documents and presentations. /n 7.Handle contract negotiations, ensuring the terms align with company interests. /n 8.Follow up on accounts receivable for existing and future projects, ensuring timely payment. /n 9.Assist the regional manager in developing annual sales plans and implementing detailed execution strategies.



/n Qualifications /n /n

- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering majors.

/n

- At least 5 years of experience in the wind energy in India OEM or developer, familiar with the rules and procedures for project development in India.;

/n

- Familiar with commercial terms related to India's wind power industry and with basic local tax and financial requirements; possess market judgment, business development skills, and data analysis capabilities. And with market judgment, business development, and data analysis skills.

- Able to work well under pressure and possess solid business negotiation skills and professionalism in client interactions.

/n

- Hindi and English can be used as a working language.
