We are looking for an experienced Battery Quality professional to lead quality assurance and process quality for HV Li-ion battery pack manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end battery shop quality from incoming material to final inspection.

Drive process quality, defect prevention, RCA, 8D and CAPA.

Develop PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs and inspection standards.

Monitor cell/module assembly, welding, torque, insulation, HVIL, leak testing and EOL quality.

Manage supplier quality, audits and corrective actions.

Support NPI, APQP, PPAP and SOP readiness.

- Drive continuous improvement, FPY improvement and rejection reduction.
