Ltd., Noida Sector 58 Employment Type: Full time BaristaDescription Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and café products while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities Prepare coffee, tea, shakes, cold beverages, and other café items.
Operate coffee machines and other café equipment safely.
Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of beverages.
Take customer orders and handle billing/POS transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and work area.
Manage beverage ingredients, stock, and daily inventory.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Handle customer queries and provide a pleasant café experience.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff.
Ensure proper opening and closing of the café counter.
Required Skills Good knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.
Basic knowledge of espresso machines and café equipment.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
Positive attitude and good personal hygiene.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Education Minimum 12th Pass; hospitality/F&B; certification is an advantage.
