Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café menu items as per standard recipes.
- Operate espresso machines and other café equipment efficiently.
- Take customer orders and manage POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain product quality, presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Support food preparation and daily café operations.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock management.
- Provide friendly and qualified service to customers.
- Support the team during peak and off-peak hours.
What We’re Looking For
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café equipment.
- Clear communication and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
- Prior café, barista, or hospitality experience will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
