Key Responsibilities

Coffee Preparation & Quality Control - Prepare espresso-based drinks, manual brews, and specialty beverages with consistent quality and latte art Inventory Management - Track stock levels, maintain inventory records, and ensure optimal supply levels Stock Ordering - Order coffee beans, supplies, and consumables from vendors; manage delivery schedules Supplier Coordination maintain equipment, and manage closing procedures Team Leadership - Mentor junior staff, train on coffee standards and procedures, ensure service excellence Equipment

Maintenance - Perform routine maintenance on espresso machines, grinders, and café equipment; troubleshoot issues Customer Service - Deliver exceptional customer experience, handle complaints, and build café relationships POS & Cash

Management - Operate cash register, process payments, reconcile sales,



and maintain financial accuracy Reporting & Documentation - Track daily sales, maintain inventory logs, and report to management.

Required Skills & Expertise

Advanced coffee knowledge (espresso, pour-over, French press, AeroPress, etc.) Latte art and milk steaming proficiency Inventory management and stock tracking Experience with supplier ordering and procurement Café equipment operation and basic troubleshooting POS system and cash handling experience Leadership and training abilities Attention to detail and quality standards Strong organizational and time management skills Customer service excellence.
