Role Description This is a full-time, in office Banquet Sales Executive role based in Ranchi.

The Banquet Sales

Executive will manage banquet inquiries, conduct client meetings, and prepare proposals and quotations for events.

Responsibilities include negotiating and closing sales, coordinating with operations and catering teams to ensure accurate event execution, and maintaining regular communication with clients before and after events. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate and individual clients,



maintaining accurate sales records, and working towards monthly and annual revenue targets.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Customer service and relationship management abilities to understand client needs and build long-term partnerships.
- Event planning and coordination skills, including attention to details like guest count, menu selection, and setup requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confident presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for preparing proposals, reports, and maintaining records.
- Ability to work on-site in Ranchi, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules.
- Proven experience in banquet sales, hospitality, events, or related fields is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is an advantage.
