About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Manager for the Banca Channel to drive life insurance business through our channel partner, Bank of Baroda. The candidate will be responsible for managing bank branch relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through the banca partnership model.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow insurance business through assigned Bank of Baroda branches

Build strong relationships with branch staff and bank officials





Drive lead generation and conversion through bank customer base

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Provide training and support to bank staff on insurance products

Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company guidelines

Requirements

Graduate (any stream)

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Banca/BFSI sales (insurance experience preferred)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

Local candidates from South Delhi/East Delhi preferred

Salary: ₹4.75 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives
