– Bag Making Machine Operator (Bioplastic)

Position: Bag Making Machine Operator

Duty Hours: 12 Hours per Shift

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor bag-making machines for bioplastic/compostable bags.
- Set machine parameters according to bag size, thickness, sealing and cutting requirements.
- Ensure proper sealing, cutting, perforation and bag dimensions as per specifications.
- Monitor production quality and minimize wastage and rejection.
- Check raw material, machine settings and finished bags during production.
- Perform machine changeovers and basic adjustments as required.
- Identify machine abnormalities and immediately report breakdowns to the maintenance team.
- Maintain daily production, wastage and rejection records.
- Follow quality, safety, 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality departments to achieve daily production targets.




- Maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area.
- Follow all instructions and procedures given by the Production Supervisor/Management.

Required Skills:
- Experience in bag-making, sealing/cutting or similar plastic/bioplastic machinery preferred.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of bag size, thickness, sealing and cutting parameters.
- Ability to maintain production and quality records.
- Ability to work effectively in a 12-hour shift.
- Positive discipline, attention to quality and safety awareness.

Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in bag-making machine operation preferred.
- Duty: 12 hours per shift, as per company requirement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
