We at Headfox, a leading D2C automobile company, are looking for a highly motivated Channel Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and expansion of our retail presence, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and building long-term partnerships in the automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

>Strategize and execute business development plans to expand the retail network, including exclusive stores, franchise outlets, and experience centers.

> Identify high-potential locations for retail expansion and establish partnerships with landlords, mall operators, and other stakeholders. >Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
>
> Analyse market trends and customer preferences to optimise retail strategies and enhance customer engagement.
>
> >Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement in-store promotions and campaigns.
>
> >Prepare and present reports on sales performance, revenue growth, and market insights to senior management.
>




> Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, marketing, and product) to ensure a consistent and premium customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail business development, preferably in the D2C, automobile, Electronics or Hardware industries.
- Robust understanding of retail operations, market dynamics, and customer behaviour in the automobile/Electronics sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
