About the Role

HARWINN Insights is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify and build a robust pipeline of potential clients across the US and UK markets.

The ideal candidate should be strong in B2B research, prospect identification, contact discovery, and lead qualification, with the ability to identify the right companies and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential B2B clients across the US and UK.
- Research companies that may require market research, data collection, consumer insights, or business research.
- Identify relevant decision-makers such as Marketing Heads, Research Directors, Insights Managers, Strategy Heads, and Procurement professionals.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect databases.
- Use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Google, and other research tools.
- Verify company information and contact details.
- Research companies and identify relevant business opportunities.
- Maintain proper records of leads, activities, and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with the business development team to hand over qualified leads.
- Continuously improve lead-generation strategies based on results.

Requirements
- Experience in B2B lead generation, market research, sales research, or business research.
- Strong internet and secondary research skills.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and prospecting tools.
- Ability to identify the right decision-makers, not just generic contacts.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience targeting US/UK companies is preferred.
- Market research industry experience is an advantage.

Compensation: Based on the candidate's previous experience, last drawn compensation, skills, and overall fit for the role.
