PFA the JD for the B2B logistics role.

Key responsibilities

Plan daily and weekly shipments based on sales, inventory, and marketplace requirements.

Manage Amazon FBA/ SJIT/ FBM replenishment, inventory availability, and stock-out risks.

Coordinate with warehouse teams for shipment preparation, labeling, and dispatch.

Manage marketplace appointments, inwarding, and shipment movement.

Coordinate with courier partners, transporters, and marketplace teams to resolve delays and shipment holds.

Monitor inventory movement and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving SKUs.

Maintain accurate shipment documentation, including invoices, e-way bills, and labels.

Prepare daily shipment tracking, pending inward, and inventory reports.

Identify operational issues and drive timely resolution.





Requirements

Experience in marketplace logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.

Hands-on experience with Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF, and Myntra SJIT preferred.

Strong knowledge of shipment planning, replenishment, and warehouse operations.

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and ERP / WMS systems.

Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
