Role Overview

We're looking for a B2B Content & Copywriter who can write sharp, credibility-driven B2B copy across a range of industries and tones. You'll partner with strategists and designers to bring each client's brand voice to life, turning technical subject matter into copy that's clear, persuasive, and human.

What You'll Do

- Write and edit website copy, landing pages, blog posts, case studies, email sequences, and sales/marketing collateral for multiple B2B (primarily) & B2C clients
- Translate complex or technical subject matter (healthcare operations, compliance, medical education, SaaS, and more) into transparent, persuasive, audience-appropriate copy
- Develop a strong grasp of each client's brand voice, ICP (ideal customer profile), and positioning, and write consistently within it
- Collaborate with strategists, designers, and SEO specialists to ensure content supports broader marketing goals
- Conduct research to accurately represent client industries, services, and value propositions




- Optimize content for SEO best practices without compromising readability or tone
- Manage multiple content pieces and deadlines across several client accounts simultaneously
- Incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders efficiently and professionally

Who You Are

- 2–5 years of professional experience in B2B copywriting or content writing (agency experience is a strong plus)
- A portfolio demonstrating range — ability to write in different tones and for different industries/audiences
- Excellent research skills and comfort writing about technical, regulated, or specialized subject matter (healthcare, compliance, SaaS, etc.)
- Strong grasp of grammar, structure, and storytelling fundamentals
- Working knowledge of SEO writing principles (keyword integration, meta descriptions, structuring for readability)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
- Comfortable taking and applying feedback from both clients and internal teams
- Bonus: experience writing for healthcare, medical, or compliance-heavy industries
