nAbout The Role

nWe are seeking an experienced Azure Support Engineer to join our managed support services team. The ideal candidate will provide L1 and L2 support for a range of Azure PaaS and IaaS services, ensuring seamless operation and customer satisfaction.

nWhat You'll Do:

nSupport (L1 and L2), manage and maintain Azure-based PaaS and IaaS services.

nMonitor, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure services.

nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

nMaintain technical documentation and best practices for Azure support.

nWhat We're Looking For:

n2–5 years' proven experience supporting Azure PaaS services.

nStrong understanding of Azure services including:

n

- Compute — App Services, Functions, Kubernetes/AKS, Container Apps, Virtual Machines
n
- Data Services — SQL Database, Data Factory, Databricks, Lakehouse, Synapse Analytics, Fabric, Blob/File Storage
n
- Integration — Service Bus, Event Hub, Event Grid
n




- Security — Key Vault, Entra ID
n
- Monitoring — App Insights, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor
n

nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a rapid-paced, collaborative environment.

nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

nDesirable:

nMicrosoft Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Developer).

nExperience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).

nExperience with SaaS services such as Logic Apps, Power BI, Power Apps/Automate, DevOps deployment, and Office 365 configuration.
