Role Overview

Tachyon Technologies is looking for a hands-on Azure Power Platform Engineer to design and build secure, scalable enterprise applications, workflows and integrations using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services. The role requires strong experience across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, along with the ability to integrate Power Platform solutions with APIs, data platforms and enterprise systems using Azure services.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise applications using Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-driven applications where appropriate.

Build workflow, process automation and orchestration using Power Automate.

Design Dataverse data models, relationships, security roles and application structures.

Integrate Power Platform applications with enterprise applications, databases and third-party services through REST APIs and custom connectors.

Build Azure integration components using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Azure SQL and related services.

Implement secure authentication and authorization patterns using Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, managed identities, Key Vault and appropriate secrets management.

Establish Power Platform ALM practices across development, test and production environments using solutions, setting variables, connection references and automated deployments.

Implement CI/CD using Azure DevOps or equivalent enterprise deployment practices.

Apply platform governance, environment strategy, DLP policies and enterprise guardrails in coordination with architecture and security teams.

Instrument and troubleshoot applications and integrations using appropriate logging, monitoring and Application Insights patterns.

Work with architects,



business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business requirements into maintainable technical solutions.

Support production deployments, defect resolution, performance tuning and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

6-8 years of enterprise application / platform engineering experience, with strong hands-on Microsoft Power Platform delivery experience.

Strong Power Apps experience, including Canvas Apps; Model-driven Apps experience is highly desirable.

Strong Power Automate experience, including cloud flows, approvals, error handling and enterprise workflow design.

Hands-on Dataverse experience including data modeling, security roles and solution packaging.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth and enterprise integration patterns.

Hands-on experience with SQL / Azure SQL and data integration.

Experience with Azure Functions and/or Logic Apps.

Working knowledge of Azure API Management, Key Vault and Microsoft Entra ID.

Power Platform ALM, solutions, environments, connection references and deployment practices.

Azure DevOps / CI-CD experience for application and solution deployments.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting and production-support capability.

Good communication skills and ability to work directly with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

Power Platform governance, Center of Excellence (CoE) patterns and DLP policies.

Power Pages, PCF controls or custom component development.

SharePoint / Microsoft 365 integrations.

Application Insights and Azure Monitor.

AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI or other Azure AI services.

Experience integrating Power Platform with ERP, CRM, data platforms or other enterprise systems.

Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or Azure.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role. Candidates should be comfortable moving between architecture, coding, debugging, mentoring and customer-facing technical discussions.
