Provide general and routine support for installation patching configuration and updates to AWS cloud infrastructure Work with AWS services such as EC2 Load Balancers S3 Volume Snapshots AMIs VPC IAM RDS Lambda CloudFormation and CloudWatch Troubleshoot investigate and resolve issues independently identifying root causes and implementing fixes Collaborate with team members and other technical staff to develop design implement and continuously improve systems Adhere to established procedures criteria and best practices to plan and accomplish tasks Participate in on-call rotations to support production environments as required Interact directly with customers providing transparent and precise communication during technical discussions and issue resolution Mandatory Qualifications Skills: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate mandatory Hands-on experience with Terraform and EKS Kubernetes Good understanding of AWS platform development and deployment concepts Ability to clearly articulate technical solutions during customer interactions Strong understanding and hands-on experience with core AWS services:
