Payzapp Pixel L2 Engineer We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented analyst and engineer to support smooth operations resolving technical and functional issues Strong problem solving and communication skills Advanced troubleshooting: handle more complex technical issues escalated from L1 including in-depth software and system diagnostics across various cloud resources Understanding of Application scaling high availability aspects Perform detailed troubleshooting log analysis configuration checks and environment validation RCA documentation and Incident response to all stakeholders Escalate critical or unresolved issues to engineering team with proper documentation Troubleshoot API RESTgRPC communication failure and timeout issues Solid knowledge of docker Kubernetes commands On-call support 247 to respond to incidents and ensure system availability Analysing system usage patterns and proactively alert signs of warnings degradation of services Own SSL certificates rotation and renewal exercises Incident response troubleshooting resolution and document RCA PIR reports Skills Required Proficiency in troubleshooting various cloud resources Ec2 EKS RDS S3 EMR etc Good understanding of databases network and web technologies Experience in working in microsystems environments using Cloud watch Opensearch ELK monitoring tools Prometheus Grafana ELK Programming skills on Python shell scripting would be useful Familiarity with ServiceNow Jira and Confluence tools AWS Cloud certifications ITIL recommended
