- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering. MBA/PGDM in Project Management or Construction Management will be an added advantage.

1. Role Overview The AVP – Projects – Civil will provide strategic and operational leadership for the company's civil construction and development projects, ensuring successful delivery within approved time, cost, quality and safety parameters. The incumbent will be responsible for the complete project life cycle, including planning, design coordination, tendering, contractor finalization, execution, monitoring, quality control, cost management, commissioning, handover and project closure. The role requires robust leadership capability and extensive experience in managing large-scale civil projects involving multiple contractors, consultants and stakeholders. 2. 3. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have 15–20+ years of experience in civil construction and project management, preferably with reputed real estate developers, infrastructure companies, EPC organizations, township developers or large-scale construction companies. Experience in managing large-scale residential, commercial, township, institutional or mixed-use developments will be preferred. 4. Core Competencies
