We are hiring for our business partner, based in Gurugaon.
Role & responsibilities
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with HRs and key decision-makers at corporates, alumni networks, RWA presidents & committees, and premium clubs through 1-1 meetings and awareness sessions
- Develop a consistent channel of RWA and corporate partnerships focused on long-term, repeat engagement rather than one-off outreach
- Own end-to-end, on-ground execution of sessions across corporates and societies
- Drive incremental growth through existing client relationships and a structured referral system
- Identify and pilot current outreach channels, formats and partner communities
- Represent Prospurts' business model and differentiation confidently to institutional stakeholders
- Collaborate with advisors and channel partners to convert institutional relationships into long-term, repeat partnerships.
