Preferred candidate profile

- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills

- Have good working knowledge on Avaya system and adjuncts such as NICE,

- Voice Mail, CMS, AES etc

- Able to perform Telecom routine tasks such as managing tickets

- (requests / incidents), daily reports / checklists, backups etc

- Understand issues involved in Administration and Maintenance of Voice infrastructure.

- Have good analytical and troubleshooting skills on Avaya

- Have positive understanding of the Change and Incident management
- process for Telecom

- Maintain Telecom inventory and Tracker on a real time basis.

- Effective coordination with Service Providers and Third parties on need basis
- and managing data center activities related to Voice infra.
