Dymtrus is looking for a proactive and problem-solving-oriented Automation Process Engineer who can independently build, improve and automate business processes. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify operational problems, bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Build new systems and improve existing business processes.

Create simple and effective SOPs, workflows and process documentation . Build and maintain systems using Excel/Google Sheets, automation tools, AI tools and other relevant technologies . Automate repetitive/manual processes wherever possible.

Research and learn recent tools/technologies when required. Test new systems, identify errors and implement solutions. Monitor whether systems are working properly and continuously improve them. Build systems that reduce manual work and dependency on individuals.

Convert business requirements into practical, scalable solutions. Take complete ownership from problem identification → solution → testing → implementation → documentation .





What We Are Looking For Strong problem-solving and logical thinking . Good Excel/Google Sheets skills. Ability to understand business processes quickly. Ability to independently research and learn new tools. Strong ownership and execution mindset. Someone who can figure things out without needing step-by-step instructions . Interest in automation, systems and continuous improvement.

This is not a routine data-entry or instruction-following role .

We are looking for someone who thinks: “If I don't know how to do it, I will learn it, build it, test it and make it work.” Experience 1–4 years preferred.

Salary ₹15,000–₹40,000/month, depending on skills and experience.
