Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios and test cases.

Design, develop, and execute automated functional test scripts.

Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.

Identify, document, track, and validate defects using tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar.

Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and test suites.

Execute automated test cycles and analyze test results and failures.

Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to resolve defects.

Participate in requirement reviews, test planning, and defect triage meetings.

Develop reusable test components and improve test automation coverage.

Perform API and database validation where required.

Support CI/CD-based automated testing and integrate test suites into deployment pipelines.

Prepare test execution reports, defect metrics, and quality status reports.

Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices.
