McLine Studios is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Intermediate Draftsman to join our architectural drafting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing exact and accurate technical drawings to support a variety of architectural and construction projects across North America. This role requires strong drafting expertise, collaboration with senior team members, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· Produce accurate architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents based on design inputs and project requirements.

· Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings in compliance with client and industry standards.

· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and senior draftsmen to ensure drawings align with project goals.





· Revise and update drawings in response to design changes, client feedback, or engineering adjustments.

· Manage drawing documentation, version control, and file organization to maintain project efficiency.

· Ensure timely completion of drafting deliverables while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.

Stay current with industry drafting standards, codes, and software updates.

Qualifications

· Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architectural Technology, or a related field.

· 2 – 4 years of professional experience in architectural drafting.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an asset).

· Strong technical drawing and detailing skills with excellent accuracy.

· Ability to interpret architectural and engineering concepts into clear, buildable drawings.

· Familiarity with MS Office for documentation and coordination.

· Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
