Role Description The Audit and Tax Executive will work on-site in Vadodara in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include conducting statutory and internal audits, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations. The role involves preparing and filing direct and indirect tax returns, supporting tax advisory assignments, and assisting in tax assessments and litigation-related documentation. The Executive will analyze client financial data, identify risks or discrepancies, and prepare clear work papers and reports.

The position also requires regular interaction with clients, coordination with team members,



and maintaining accurate records and documentation for audit and tax engagements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, and support problem-solving in audit and tax assignments.
- Candidates should have effective Communication skills to interact with clients, collaborate with team members, and prepare explicit reports and documentation.
- Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of Finance and Financial Statements, including understanding of accounting principles, ledgers, and reporting requirements.
- Candidates should have practical Auditing skills, including planning audits, testing controls, and assessing compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Relevant qualifications such as CA, semi-qualified CA, or a degree in Commerce/Finance; familiarity with Indian direct and indirect tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting and audit software, MS Excel, and documentation tools; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
