Company Description Soft Hear Private Limited operates Soft Hear Speech Hearing & Vertigo Clinic, a specialized diagnostic and rehabilitative practice focused on audiology and speech therapy. The clinic provides comprehensive prevention, assessment, and management services for individuals with speech, language, hearing, communication, voice, swallowing, tinnitus, and balance (vertigo/dizziness) disorders. Practitioners work with a broad range of age groups and clinical conditions, offering personalized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

The team emphasizes evidence-based practice and collaborative care to improve communication abilities, hearing health, and overall quality of life for patients.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Audiologist role based in Delhi, India. The Audiologist will conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, including pure tone audiometry, impedance audiometry, and speech audiometry, and will interpret results to diagnose hearing and balance disorders. Daily responsibilities include fitting, programming, and verifying hearing aids and assistive listening devices, as well as providing counseling and rehabilitation services for individuals with hearing loss, tinnitus, and vertigo.

The role involves maintaining accurate clinical records, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with speech therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop integrated treatment plans.



The Audiologist will also educate patients and families on hearing health, device care, and strategies for improving communication in everyday environments.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical skills in audiological assessment, including diagnostic testing for hearing and balance disorders, and familiarity with rehabilitation protocols.
- Experience with hearing aid technology, including selection, fitting, programming, and verification of hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
- Ability to assess and manage tinnitus and vestibular (vertigo/dizziness) conditions, including patient counseling and individualized care planning.
- Competence in detailed clinical documentation, report writing, and maintaining accurate patient records in a clinical setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients of diverse backgrounds, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
- Relevant professional registration or licensing as required by local regulations, and commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Ability to work in office full-time in Delhi, India, with strong organizational skills and a patient-centered approach.
