Key Responsibilities:

1. Assessment & Diagnosis

- Conduct detailed speech, language, and communication assessments.
- Identify and document receptive, expressive, and pragmatic language issues.
- Assess oral motor skills, articulation, fluency, voice, and feeding/swallowing concerns.
- Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports and communicate findings clearly to parents and the team.

2. Individualized Therapy Planning

- Develop individualized therapy goals and treatment plans based on assessment findings and child’s needs.
- Use evidence-based techniques tailored to the child's age, diagnosis, and communication environment.
- Incorporate play, structured tasks, and functional communication strategies into therapy.

3. Therapy Implementation

- Deliver 1:1 or group therapy sessions with high energy, engagement, and empathy.
- Modify and adapt therapy based on progress and ongoing observation.
- Ensure child participation through motivation and rapport-building.

4. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate session notes, goal tracking, and parent communication logs.
- Provide monthly reports and updates as per Rising Sun’s documentation protocol.




- Collaborate with the admin team to ensure timely session completion and renewal planning.

5. Family Training & Generalization

- Guide parents with clear home strategies to generalize skills outside therapy.
- Conduct parent training sessions and participate in parent-child interaction programs.

6. Interdisciplinary Collaboration

- Work closely with occupational therapists, special educators, psychologists, and behavior therapists.
- Contribute to case discussions and team meetings to ensure cohesive progress planning.
- Participate in team reviews, workshops, and in-house training programs.

7. Professionalism & Growth

- Demonstrate punctuality, preparedness, and solid ethics in all responsibilities.
- Attend team trainings, in-service learning sessions, and external workshops for continued development.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold Rising Sun’s child-first values and standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
