Interactive Data Systems Limited (IDSL) is looking for experienced ATMS & TMS Site Engineers to join our project execution team. The candidate will be responsible for site installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, integration, and maintenance of Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS) and Traffic Management Systems (TMS).

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ITS/ATMS/TMS projects and be willing to work at project sites across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute installation, testing and commissioning of ATMS/TMS systems at project sites.
- Supervise and coordinate site activities related to ITS equipment and infrastructure.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot traffic management equipment and systems.

- Coordinate installation of

- CCTV / IP Cameras

- VMS/LED Display Boards

- Vehicle Detection Systems

- Traffic Controllers

- Emergency Call Boxes

- ANPR Systems

- Network and communication equipment

- UPS and power systems

- Other ITS field devices
- Perform system integration, configuration and functional testing.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and communication-related issues.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, client representatives and project teams.
- Prepare daily site progress reports, testing reports, commissioning reports and other project documentation.
- Ensure installation and commissioning activities are completed as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Monitor site quality, safety and compliance requirements.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Attend breakdowns and resolve field-level technical issues within the required timeline.
- Assist in preparing as-built documentation and project handover documents.
- Travel to different project locations as required.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of ATMS / TMS / ITS systems.
- Hands-on experience in installation and commissioning of ITS equipment.




- Good understanding of IP networking, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, switches, routers and communication networks.
- Basic knowledge of fiber optic communication and structured cabling.
- Ability to diagnose hardware, software and communication faults.
- Knowledge of CCTV, VMS, ANPR and traffic monitoring systems will be an advantage.
- Ability to read electrical/network/technical drawings.
- Good coordination and site management skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently at project sites.

Educational Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in:

- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Electrical Engineering (EEE)
- Computer Science / IT
- Electronics
- Instrumentation
- Related Engineering disciplines

Experience 35 years of relevant experience in:

- ATMS
- TMS
- ITS
- Traffic Management Projects
- Highway/Expressway ITS Projects
- CCTV / VMS / ANPR / Traffic Surveillance Systems
- System Integration & Commissioning

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with prior experience in Highway ITS / ATMS / TMS projects will be preferred.
- Willingness to work and travel at project sites across India.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and complete work within project timelines.
