- Rotational shift & Rotational off
- Day shift for Females
- Graduation Mandatory
- Salary for Fresher - 15.5K / Experience - 18K
- Decent English communication needed.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling irate or difficult customers with empathy and patience.
- Meet performance targets set by the company for quality standards, sales conversion rates, etc.




- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Any graduation degree (B.A - Bachelor of Arts in Any Specialization / B.Com - Bachelor of Commerce in Any Specialization).
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre setting (freshers can apply).
