Job Summary

We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated Assistant Professor in Finance & Marketing with a strong academic and research profile. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching, student mentoring, research, curriculum development, and participation in institutional academic activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality lectures in Finance and Marketing subjects.
- Develop course plans, teaching materials, case studies, assignments, and assessments.
- Teach subjects such as Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Management, Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, and Market Research.
- Mentor students and supervise projects, internships, dissertations, and research work.
- Conduct examinations and evaluate student performance.
- Undertake and publish quality research in reputed journals.
- Participate in conferences, seminars, workshops, and Faculty Development Programmes.
- Contribute to curriculum development and innovative teaching practices.
- Develop industry-academic collaborations and facilitate practical learning.
- Undertake departmental and institutional responsibilities as assigned.

Mandatory Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Finance, Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a closely related discipline is mandatory.
- Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent, as applicable under prevailing regulatory/university norms.




- NET/SET qualification, wherever applicable under prevailing UGC/university regulations.
- Strong academic and research credentials.
- Candidates must have relevant specialization aligned with the teaching requirements of the position.

Preferred Experience
- Prior teaching experience at a university, college, B-school, or management institute.
- Research publications in reputed/UGC-recognized journals.
- Relevant corporate or industry experience in Finance or Marketing.
- Experience in student mentoring, academic administration, or curriculum development.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong subject knowledge in Finance and/or Marketing.
- Effective classroom-management and student-engagement skills.
- Research and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and academic technologies.

Compensation As per institutional norms and based on qualifications and experience.

Location- Noida

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
