Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with solid expertise in hiring for HR and Finance Shared Services functions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of partnering with business leaders, managing end-to-end recruitment, and building talent pipelines across multiple shared services domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.
- Drive hiring for HR Shared Services and Finance Shared Services functions.
- Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct candidate screening, assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and hiring quality metrics.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.
- Track and report recruitment performance metrics on a regular basis.
- Deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Experience hiring at scale across Shared Services organizations.
- Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience recruiting for Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), Global Capability Centers (GCC), BPO/KPO, or captive organizations.
Education MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Full-Time Preferred) Must have skills
