Role summary

SunAct is building India’s first fully integrated Cell & Gene Therapy ecosystem, spanning discovery, development, clinical deployment, and commercialization. This role is specifically for SunAct’s biotech arm, which is developing next‑generation oncological therapies for India and global markets.

The Associate/Analyst will support strategic initiatives, operational execution, and cross‑functional problem‑solving across business strategy, therapy development, trials, and commercialization.

Key responsibilities

1. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
2. Assist in developing project schedules, defining milestones, and tracking progress using relevant project management tools.
3. Act as a bridge between internal teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements.
4.



Maintain the project risk register and escalate bottlenecks to leadership before they impact delivery timelines.
5. Support project leaders in tracking team bandwidth and resource utilization rates.
6. Lead project planning, coordination, task and timeline management, cross-functional team collaboration, workflow improvement, follow-ups, and risk identification.

Required skills

1. 0-1 years of experience working in an early-stage startup or MNC
2. Bachelor's Degree in Management or Engineering

2. Data-driven approach to problem solving
3. Confident when juggling multiple stakeholders, objectives and deadlines

- Based in MBC Park, Thane
- Onsite job with alternate Saturdays off
