About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to support in managing enquiries, quotations, customer communication, documentation, follow-ups and order coordination. The role requires strong coordination, communication, documentation and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and ensure timely closure of sales-related tasks.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Sales, Presales, Procurement, Accounts and Project teams for day-to-day sales activities.
- Manage incoming enquiries and ensure they are properly recorded and assigned.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, proforma invoices and other sales documents.
- Coordinate with Project for BOQs, technical proposals and product details.
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing, availability, lead time and technical information.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, purchase orders, payments and other pending requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders and follow-ups.
- Track quotations from submission to order closure.
- Coordinate internally for order processing, material dispatch and delivery updates.
- Assist the sales team in scheduling customer meetings, site visits and demonstrations.
- Maintain customer and vendor databases.
- Prepare regular sales reports and status updates for management.
- Ensure timely communication of customer requirements and updates to relevant internal teams.
- Support the Sales team in achieving smooth and efficient sales operations.

Qualifications / Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- A few months to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Quotation Management, or a similar role.




- Candidates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

- Immediate joiners / candidates available at short notice.
- Applicants from same or similar industry.

Band - Entry level

CTC - 3-4.5 Lakh p.a (based on experience)
