Responsibilities The Recruitment Associate is a key member of the People Operations team and is responsible for building strong momentum around the secondary education movement and then leveraging it to find the best people for the organisation. iTeach’s founding belief is “first who, then what” - which means that we put all our bets on our people, making this role singularly significant to the organisation and the students’ success.

Selection & Sourcing - 60%

Drive the end-to-end sourcing and initial selection process for assigned roles, ensuring a strong and diverse candidate pipeline.

Conduct CV screenings, phone/Video screenings and Walk-ins to assess candidates against role requirements, competencies, and organisational values.





Use multiple sourcing channels and recruitment portals effectively to identify and attract high-potential candidates.

Continuously experiment with innovative sourcing strategies and creative ways to reach and engage candidates, especially for hard-to-fill roles.

Maintain strong candidate engagement, pool and momentum throughout the selection process.

Interview Logistics & Data Monitoring - 20%

Coordinate with the school Admin/ Principal for on ground interview logistics and ensure a smooth, timely, and positive experience for candidates and selectors.

Work closely with selectors to ensure interviews are well planned, structured, and completed within agreed timelines.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data across all stages of the hiring funnel.

Use recruitment data and insights to support better decision-making and continuously improve the hiring process.

Recruitment Projects & Process Improvement - 20%

Lead and support recruitment projects and initiatives aimed at improving sourcing, selection, candidate experience, and overall recruitment effectiveness.

Monitor key recruitment metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-hire, offer acceptance, and attrition, and identify areas for improvement.

Bring new ideas, test innovative approaches, and use learnings from recruitment data to continuously improve the organisation’s ability to attract and select the right people.

Prerequisites Required: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with strong performance.

Preferred: 1 year of relevant work experience.

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
