Role Description The Associate Property Manager (Entry Level) will support day-to-day property operations for JadeCaps’ portfolio in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring properties are prepared and maintained to JadeCaps’ standards, and communicating promptly and professionally with guests and owners. The role includes tracking bookings, assisting with inventory and maintenance requests, and collaborating with housekeeping and service teams to deliver consistent guest experiences.

Manager will also help implement operational processes,



capture on-ground insights to improve service quality, and work closely with senior managers to support occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

- Operational and coordination skills: ability to manage multiple properties, schedule services, and handle day-to-day tasks with solid attention to detail.
- Customer service and communication skills: clear verbal and written communication, empathy, and professionalism in interactions with guests, owners, and vendors.
- Basic technology and data skills: comfort using property management tools, mobile apps, spreadsheets, and dashboards for tracking bookings and reporting issues.
- Problem-solving and adaptability: ability to respond quickly to on-site challenges, prioritize tasks under time pressure, and maintain composure in dynamic situations.
- Teamwork and collaboration: willingness to work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.
- Educational background: bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, real estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant internships or similar experience are an advantage.
- Local familiarity: knowledge of the Greater Bengaluru Area, including key neighborhoods and common guest needs, is beneficial.
- Availability and mobility: ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when required, and travel between properties within the city.
