Role Description The Associate Property Manager will support the end-to-end management of short-term rental properties, ensuring smooth operations and a consistently high standard of guest experience. In this full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, responsibilities include coordinating check-ins and check-outs, supervising housekeeping and maintenance, and monitoring property readiness across assigned units. The role involves regular communication with owners and guests, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring that service standards, brand guidelines,



and local regulations are met.

The Associate Property

Manager will assist with inventory control, vendor coordination, and reporting on occupancy, guest feedback, and property performance. This position works closely with internal teams to help implement process improvements and support JadeCaps’ technology-driven approach to property management.

Qualifications

- Property and operations management skills, including coordination of housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Customer service and communication skills to manage guest interactions, address concerns, and maintain solid owner relationships.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple properties, prioritize tasks, and meet operational deadlines.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and platforms for scheduling, reporting, and property management systems; comfort working with data and dashboards is beneficial.
- Understanding of hospitality standards, safety protocols, and local regulatory requirements relevant to short-term rentals.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, including occasional evenings or weekends based on operational needs.
- Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or property management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is an advantage.
