About The Role

We are looking for an Associate Principal - Architecture with strong expertise in Azure Cloud Architecture and Artificial Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing AI solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, along with experience guiding technical teams and managing customer stakeholders. Flexibility to work in shifts is required.

The role requires a technically hands-on architect with approximately 10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years of experience on Azure in technical leadership, team management, and governance. The candidate will architect and deliver AI solutions leveraging generative AI, pretrained models, Azure AI services, and modern data engineering practices.

The position involves deploying and customizing generative AI models, applying prompt engineering techniques, and working with technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Form Recognizer, Cognitive Search, and Vector Databases. The candidate will also collaborate closely with customers, prepare solution presentations, and conduct technical upskilling sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, design, and implement AI solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Deploy and customize a variety of generative AI models.
- Fine-tune pretrained AI models and apply relevant AI, data engineering, and large-scale data processing patterns.
- Develop solutions using Azure OpenAI, Form Recognizer, Cognitive Search, Vector Databases, Python, and PySpark.
- Technically guide, manage, and govern engineering teams.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to reach consensus on complex technical solutions.




- Prepare solution presentations and deliver customer-facing technical discussions and upskilling sessions.
- Work flexibly across shifts as required.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have 7–11 years of experience, with approximately 10 years of IT experience and strong hands-on Azure expertise. A technically strong communicator with customer-facing experience, problem-solving ability, and the capability to guide teams and present complex solutions effectively will be well suited to this role.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum BCA / MCA / BE / B.Tech or equivalent
- M.Tech / M.S. preferred
